Comprehensive SEA Strategy
Search Engine Advertising works best when it’s tied to a clear strategy, not a budget and a guess. Too many businesses pour spend into Google Ads without knowing whether the channel is even right for them, what their competitors are doing, or how paid search fits alongside SEO, organic, and demand generation.
We build SEA roadmaps for businesses across Europe, connecting paid search to actual business goals. From competitor analysis to channel mix and budget allocation, every Euro is spent with intent.

How We Build Your SEA Strategy
Strategy engagements typically run 2 to 4 weeks, ending with a written roadmap and a 60-minute walkthrough. We work with clients across Europe remotely, with onsite workshops available on request.
Market & Competitor Analysis
We map your competitive landscape, identify where your competitors are winning, and find the gaps you can exploit.
Channel & Budget Planning
Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube. We recommend the mix that fits your margins and buying cycle, not a generic playbook.
Forecasting & KPI Setting
Volume, CPA, and ROAS projections based on real auction data, not optimistic guesswork. You’ll know what good looks like before launch.
Roadmap & Handover
A written strategy document with quarterly milestones, budget allocation, and the KPIs we’ll measure success against.
Expertise
SEA strategy decisions rest on knowing how the auction actually works, which Google features deserve budget, and which are marketing theatre. Our background inside Google’s ad teams means we’ve seen the data behind the recommendations. We pass that perspective to you.
SEA Strategy Questions
What businesses ask before committing to a paid search strategy engagement.
Why do I need an SEA strategy if I already run Google Ads?
Most accounts run without one. They're built on whatever the previous person set up, plus whatever Google's interface recommended. A proper strategy answers questions most accounts never asked: which channels deserve budget, what your competitors are doing, and what realistic performance looks like.
How long does an SEA strategy engagement take?
Two to four weeks from kickoff to final roadmap. The first week is research and competitor analysis. Weeks two and three cover channel planning, forecasting, and KPI definition. The final week delivers the written strategy and a 60-minute walkthrough.
Can you tell me if Google Ads is even right for my business?
Yes, and we will tell you honestly. Some businesses don't have enough search demand to justify paid search. Others have margins too thin to support it profitably. If that's you, we'll recommend alternatives like SEO, content, or direct outreach instead.
What does the final deliverable look like?
A written strategy document covering competitor analysis, recommended channel mix, budget allocation by channel, performance forecasts, and quarterly KPIs. Typically 20 to 30 pages, designed to be acted on, not filed away.
Do I have to use you for implementation after the strategy?
No. The strategy is a standalone deliverable. You can take it to your internal team, another agency, or use it as a benchmark for future hires. About half our strategy clients eventually engage us for management, but it's never required.
